BOXXR (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a mobile boxing training application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the BOXXR iOS app and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication identifiers (for example, when you sign in with Apple or email/password). We do not collect profile photos unless you choose to provide them in the future.

Training and performance data. When you complete drills, we store session metadata (drill type, stance, timestamps) and derived metrics (punch counts, technique scores, speed and extension measurements). This data is linked to your account when you are signed in.

Camera and pose processing. BOXXR uses your device camera to estimate body pose for real-time coaching. Video frames are processed on your device to detect movement. We do not store raw video recordings of your training sessions on our servers unless we explicitly tell you otherwise in the app.

Device and usage data. We may collect standard technical information such as app version, device type, and crash or performance logs to keep the Service reliable and secure.

Subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. RevenueCat helps us validate subscription status. We receive subscription entitlement status, not your full payment card details.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that require appropriate safeguards:

5. Data retention

We retain account and training data while your account is active. When you delete your account through the app (Profile → Delete Account), we delete your user record and associated training data from our production systems. Limited backups may persist for a short period before automatic deletion.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can:

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. EEA/UK users may have rights under GDPR; our legal basis for processing is typically performance of a contract and legitimate interests in improving the Service.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls on our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data to us.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our providers operate. We take steps designed to ensure adequate protection where required by law.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated in the app where appropriate.
