Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BOXXR mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

BOXXR provides AI-assisted boxing training, form feedback, and progress tracking using your device camera. The Service is for fitness and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or self-defense instruction in real-world situations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at boxxrteam@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your account data from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription terms (including price, renewal, and free trials) are presented at purchase and in your Apple account settings.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

Deleting your BOXXR account does not cancel an App Store subscription; you must cancel separately to avoid future charges.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any unlawful manner or in a way that could harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its systems
• Upload malware or interfere with network or server operation
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

6. Health and safety

Physical training involves risk of injury. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. Train in a safe space with adequate clearance, lighting, and equipment. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content we provide, is owned by BOXXR or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Feedback

If you send suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT COACHING OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE IN ALL CASES.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOXXR AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOXXR from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
